Description. An observatory precision regulator grandfather clock by Richard Miller of Edinburgh. circa 1830/1840. The precision regulator is housed in a superb heavily detailed carved mahogany case, with a glass front door. The 12 inch silvered dial shows minutes hours and seconds. Eight day movement with dead beat escapement. The heavy pendulum, weight, pulley and beat plaque can be seen through the main lockable glass door. The clock is fully serviced working perfectly.
